This is a special resort that is hard to point out just a few special qualities. Service and attention to every detail… Food: Don’t think all inclusive, think anniversary dinner for every experience… I enjoyed every artist I listened to. The Mariachi band, the jazz duo in the lobby.

It’s definitely was a great experience and overpriced experience, the butler service is above and beyond average and so is every employee. During our stay we saw a roach in one of restaurant’s wall which the servers came to apologize. We reserved an ocean front but our view was a pool front so many other things that I feel Le Blanc is falling off the high bar compare to other adults only hotels in Cancun.

No buffet dinners, only breakfast and lunch. All the restaurants need to make reservations. They are all superb. Usually the Japanese restaurants in Caribbean resorts are sub-par. This one was higher quality than expected.

We stayed at the other le blanc a couple of years ago and had a great experience other than the fact that… after checking out they talked my husband to purchase another stay at the property… But that was on us. At the Cancun property, they also tried but this time we knew better… The wait staff, cleaning people etc. were amazing… Our friends who chose a less expensive room had a better space… They had great dinning options however.

This was our second trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres – once in 2018 for our Honeymoon & then again from 5/31–6/6 for our anniversary + group trip for a friend’s 40th. We were in building 8 (room 8151), & they could’ve said that room was an ocean view! Was a corner room & on the 2nd floor, so one flight of stairs. Was ample storage space, & room was immaculate! The spa is in the center of the lazy river & covered with a lot of greenery. I heard it was renovated recently (in the previous 6 months), & it looks it!

We had two rooms and stayed a week. It wasn’t cheap. The rooms were very nice and the actual resort was maintained very well but the food was extremely under par and staffing seemed to be low. It felt like we were waiting in lines for a large part of our trip.

We had the most phenomenal time at Excellence! My husband and I just had our wedding there, and it was a little nerve-wracking planning venues, decorations, flowers, etc… all without having seen the resort in advance! Every level of the experience was punctuated with luxury and totally exceeded our expectations… and you can imagine as a bride I had a TON of expectations! But honestly, Excellence was above and beyond my wildest dreams. The resort itself was beautiful and lively, but not crowded. You really felt like you were at an elite and elevated oasis.

This resort has lots of tropical greenery which is not common right in Cancun. It really makes it feel extra special. There are flowers, palm trees and so much more… The beach at Live Aqua is definitely the nicest stretch of beach. It is very long and never feels crowded. The beach bar is another plus. They have added even more cabanas on the beach… We love that there are so many areas to choose from …on the beach, to mid way and around all of the pools.

This was our first all inclusive vacation. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea. The facility was very nice. The pool are beautiful and the beach is amazing. Also great gym for working out. The breakfast was very good but evening meals were good but not great. The restaurants fill up so then you have to wait. I guess that is just part of the experience. I loved the guacamole class they put on. I think if you like all inclusive, this place is known as one of the top in Cancun.

When I first visited LiveAqua pre Covid. The nightly entertainment was very good. Live bands dancing salsa and soft rock. I have visited LiveAqua 8-10 times. But post Covid the music is terrible and uninspiring. The reason we book all inclusive is to stay on the hotel property for safety concerns. I am planning to visit LiveAqua for new years 2024.

The Christmas and New Years Eve celebrations were beautiful. Those napkins folded like birds! The staff’s energy! Your introductions of head staff. And the pool-side entertainment on New Years was incredible. We have stayed at approximately 15-20 resorts and there has never been a time we rated a resort this well. The size of the resort is perfect. The beach was excellent. Not many vendors and no time share salespeople. No lines for meals. Staff amazing! We are very very critical so this is a high praise.

Our one-liner for the trip: “There were highs and lows”. Beach/Pool: The resort is absolutely stunning! The beach is beautiful and the water is so blue – it seemed like all of the rooms have a view of the ocean. Food: l have very mixed feelings about the food at this resort.. it was delicious, but my sisters and I all ended up sick at times, and we could never pinpoint what did it. Entertainment: The entertainment team was SO talented! We attended the white party, and they put on a circus show with incredible acrobatic performers.

Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, The big name in the luxurious all-inclusive resort industry, opened this Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Cancún geared specifically towards adults in Cancun in 2018. It stands just beside Iberostar’s another property, Iberostar Selection Cancún, a famous family-friendly resort.
The newly built adults-only property dedicates itself to a dreamy and exclusive stay for its guests. To name a few of its features that I believe would attract all adult travelers: You have the direct access to the private beach as all the rooms are facing the sea and built right in front of the sand. Every room is equipped with a tub or pool on the balcony. When it comes to the public facilities, you may enjoy all of them in both properties of Iberostar, that means 10 pools, one golf course, courts of tennis, volleyball and basketball, one FIFA football pitch, a diving center and so on. So this resort has both advantages of a boutique hotel and of a grand resort group.
Apart from the fabulous infrastructures, this resort offers some really tasteful activities and programs: outdoor massage places with couple treatment option, wine tasting, evening shows and pool parties, Aliveness program with a whole chain of wellness treatment and services, etc.
Private and special daytime plus a colorful nightlife, I’d recommend this “young” luxurious resort especially to young adults.

Still currently our favorite resort, we have been here 3 times in 2023, and once so far in 2024. Relaxing atmosphere. There are fun pool games, and everything is very close… All rooms have ocean views which is fantastic! But there is a dead period between 6 and 8 or 9 where nothing is going on, they should have some people that come in and dance with the customers for a couple hours nightly.

It was difficult, almost impossible to get a dinner reservation. We had to wait over 30 minutes to learn that they were full – this happened four nights of our stay. Also, the very drunk people and the game organizers around the pool screaming into a microphone all day did not allow for much rest and relaxation.

This is a great adults only, all inclusive property. Amazing views, clean, premium liquor. All restaurants except the buffet directly at Coral Level are shared with the other hotel which is pretty big and going for dinner can be challenging. Rooms itself have amazing ocean views, are clean but seem like an update/renovation will be needed soon.

From fitness to wellness, palate enjoyments to seamless staff service, Sun Palace provides just the “standard” luxury you might expect, and adds a little more touches of their own specialties: 24 h room services, in-room double whirlpool tubs, amazing spa offerings including even a plunge pool and herbal steam rooms…
Besides, the liquors and soft beverages are truly top-shelf according to guest reviews. For you can find 3 different bars and 1 café covering all the relaxing settings you might step in. For instance, you may just lay on the wet lounger in the water and order your drink from the wet bar.
Also, you might witness baby turtles coming out of their eggs on the beach of this resort directly on September, reported by some guests. Those could be a paid experience in other places.

This is our second time coming to Sun Palace and once again we had the most wonderful time. The location is at the tip of the hotel zone, which is great as the beach section is quieter and more private. Sun is a boutique resort, another reason we enjoy coming here as it does not require a lot of walking and has very easy access to the beach. It was the sea turtle nesting season during our second stay, so we saw and helped rescue many adorable babies to reach the ocean safely and even saw mama turtles laying eggs on the beach. So incredible and grateful to witness all this miracle…

We had a great time, stayed 4 nights. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us set up a last minute tour when we were having trouble accomplishing on line. The view and room were both amazing. Only downside was that some of the restaurant food was sub par. On the other hand, all the room service food was excellent! If you like to enjoy a cocktail or many, this is the place for you. From the fully stocked in room bar to the multiple on site bars and beach lounge chair service, it is impossible to go without at almost any time. We will most likely be back but adjust our visit to leverage the strongest aspects, beach/pool/and room service dining.

This was a wonderful experience. The service and dining is top notch. Even though reservations at the restaurants were required for dinner we were easily able to get a table even if the app said none were available. Staff was more than willing to accommodate us. My only criticism is that people save seats at the pool despite being asked not to by staff.
