How to Search Dating Sites without Signing Up (2024)

Searching for profiles on dating sites can be a pain because most sites like Tinder, Bumble, and Plenty of Fish won’t let you search for or look at profiles unless you have an account. If you want to check someone’s online dating profiles and you have no intention of registering on every dating site, here’s what you can do.

1. Google Images

The easiest way to search for someone on dating sites without logging into them is with Google Images.

Simply type the person’s name, followed by site: followed by the URL of the website, omitting the http:// or the www. part of the site name. However, make sure you include the .com or another domain name, and ensure there’s no space between site: and the website address.

For instance, to locate James’ Tinder profiles without logging into the website, simply run a search using the term james site:tinder.com.

You can also apply this method to other platforms like match.com. However, note that most dating sites don’t index their profiles on search engines, including Bumble, POF, Zoosk, and eharmony. So this technique won’t work if you’re trying to locate someone on these sites.

2. Try a people search

Another method to try and locate someone’s dating profiles is with a people search tool. People search tools collect information about individuals from government public records, social media profiles, and other online directories, and compile it into one report – providing a one-stop shop for people to search for information linked to individuals.

Before you proceed, note that the information you can find from these tools depends on many factors and there is no guarantee that any of these tools will be able to find the profile you’re looking for, nor can they guarantee the accuracy of the information found.

TruthFinder

The best people search tool on the market, bang for buck, is definitely TruthFinder. It scours millions of available public records from federal, state and local agencies and across the web to find people’s background info, criminal and traffic records and possible online dating/social media profiles.

To see if you can locate someone’s dating profile with it, you need to purchase a membership for $28.05 per month – which allows unlimited monthly searches. Search for the name of the person you’re trying to find. If there is a report matching the information you searched for, go to the PERSONAL section to check the person’s online profiles.

For example, below is a report I generated. Under the RELATED LINKS section, I was able to view profiles possibly associated with the person on websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, which I found pretty impressive. However, there were a few links that were duplicated, and some were broken.

The above image is from a sample TruthFinder Background Report. Actual TruthFinder Background Reports may contain more or less information.

BeenVerified

BeenVerified is one of the best people search engines for finding people online. It allows you to pull up someone’s contact details, background information, profiles across 55+ social networks, and more using that person’s name, social media username, phone number, email address, or physical address.

During the test, I was able to generate a detailed report on the person I searched for and view 17 possible social media profiles associated with them in one report. Apart from this, the report also included the person’s full name, age, address history, professional history, court records, and more.

Similar to TruthFinder, BeenVerified is more capable of retrieving social media profiles than dating site profiles. I didn’t find much information on dating profiles from either service – which is probably because most dating profiles aren’t publicly accessible.

Spokeo

Another powerful tool to bring up someone’s social media and dating profiles is Spokeo. It searches 120+ social networks and compiles profiles that match the information you’ve entered into one report.

To see if you can find someone’s dating profile with it, you need to purchase a membership and log into your account. You can search for someone by name, email address, phone number, address, or username with this tool. Once the search is complete, click SOCIAL PROFILES to view accounts linked to the individual.

For instance, below is a report I received from Spokeo. It displays the individual’s LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. While some links were faulty and a few profiles appeared unowned by the person in question, the report offered valuable insights.

PeopleLooker

Another powerful people search tool to find online profiles is PeopleLooker. The tool is owned by the same company that owns BeenVerified. It offers a more affordable alternative, providing two payment methods:

  • 1-month membership — $23.99/month
  • 3-month membership — $19.19/month

PeopleLooker allows you to search for someone’s phone number using their address, email, or just their name. Once the search is complete, PeopleLooker will gather information associated with the details you entered and compile it into one report.

For instance, the report I received revealed the person’s three social media profiles, possible phone numbers, email addresses, address history, relatives, associates, criminal and traffic records, job history, and assets.

Conclusion

We know that creating an account on every site that you think someone may use, and bouncing from one site to another trying to find the person’s profile, is simply not realistic. If you want to check if someone has profiles on dating sites, try Google Images to search for profiles without logging into the website. Alternatively, try a people search tool that does the automated search for you.
