Party City Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, Party City has extended their returns up to 90 days. You can print your return label (your order number and billing zip code needed) then return the items via mail. In-store returns are not available right now for safety concerns.

Some exclusions may apply:

• Custom & personalized items (US only)
• Partial Party Kits – Party Kit components may not be returned individually

You will get the full refund winthin 2-5 business days once Party City receives your return.
