This brand is not a well-known one, I first heard about it because I’m looking for products to get rid of my acne. The more I know this brand, the more I like it. He worked at the famous El Segundo Clinic in California, opened the so-called “medi-spa” that combining clinical care and beauty treatments.

The reason for acne

This product contains 2% salicylic acid combined with a variety of plant complexes. The official page announces 97% agree blemish appearance improved after just 1 day. Some reviews saying they used it on the first day and the acne would shrink on the next day. This product is able to control acne quickly but mildly. It also works pretty well on whiteheads and blackheads.
It has a light and breathable texture that can be used day & night. My personal favorite is the film-forming design of this gel. After applying it on your skin, the acne is covered by gel but it won’t affect you doing makeup, on the contrary, it makes makeup easier. The gel would protect acne from cosmetics clogging the pores and reducing bacteria contact. So it’s very useful for people who have acne issues but need to wear makeup. According to the official introduction, it’s good for normal, oily, combination and dry skin. I would suggest dry skin people use it in the summertime.
NOTE: Do not use it for squeezed acne, it will irritate your skin.

Life advice
Because of coronavirus, many people have to stay at home most of the time. Although we stay indoors, it doesn’t mean we can negligence skincare, body health, and mental health. I fully agree with Dr. Murad’s saying:
“Skincare is not superficial because it is healthcare. When you have beautiful skin it is a sign that you have a healthy body and mind.”
So there are some suggestions I want to share with you.
- Eat healthily.
Don’t eat or drink too many sweets and snacks. Sugar is not good for your skin. - Keep calm and relax now and then.
Depression, stress, fear… these negative emotions may trigger the body’s stress response, resulting in an overall inflammatory state. - Waking up early and sleep early.
I believe everyone knows the benefit. If you can’t, at least set a fixed time for sleep and get up. - Exercise regularly.
You may sit for a whole day at home because you can’t get out. Then, your blood circulation will worsen which is not good for health.
Do the at-home workout 2 times a day would help. - Don’t stop your daily skincare routine.
I used to not wash my face for the weekends because I didn’t go out. But because of coronavirus, you may stay at home for more than 2 days. You need to keep your daily habits, wash your face, wash your hair regularly as usual. It will keep your skin stay healthy.
