The Satellite package comes with more live TV channels, and according to some users, the connection may be more stable during peak hours or live events.

Is there a DirecTV package for seniors in 2022?
At the moment, DirecTV doesn’t have official discounts for seniors. But you can give a call to the local sales or check if there’re latest promotions online.
With that said, DirecTV may not be your best option if your budget is below $50 and only need some popular channels to stay in the loop. There are more affordable alternatives like Philo ($25/mo & 7-day free) and Sling TV ($35/mo) you can consider.
